Respected sir/mam

I have an airtel prepaid number of Himachal Pardesh. I just had a top-up (as asked by me) of Rs.350 from faridabad 21 (c) Sector. I did got a recharge from other side in the form of local power pack scheme. I never got attracted to this scheme because i had a least requirement of this kind of recharge. As soon as i noticed that no updations has been made to my number, i contacted Airtel Customer Care. I had Mr. Om Parkash on the other side. He empasised that it was all my fault that because i am having no knowledge of recharges. Now, i would just like to ask is it the duty of service provider to tell me the appropriate recharge scheme or the customer should mug-up all the recharges and keep himself updated with these recharges.

Secondly, i would like to attract your attention to the lack of skills that i found talking to your executives particularly the irresponsibility that they showed while giving me answers.

Please do the needful since i trusted these organisation for almost 8 years.

I hope i will get better response from this side and suitable actions would be taken agaisnt defaulters.
