When my pre paid cell phone was lossed the air tel people was arrenging the duplicate sim card.it is a thankful service to the custmers.but the same service was not getting in in and out going calls list.if a paid customer will asks for in and out going calls list between blockingthe lossed original sim and duplicete sim activetion time.is it not a right of paid customer.our collphone that is 09866845568 was lossed on september 29 (day before yestarday) 2007 and we hae applaid for a duplicete sim card on 1 st october tha same sim was activeted on 2nd october. but the cell phone is having a balnce of 989 rupeeswhen it was lossed. the duplicate sim activeting time the balance was reduced.for period of 3 days why dont airtel local office people are not able to give in and out going calls lists. for a paid custemerthis is not agood honour by airtel people.expecting gpositive result...
