Not getting customer care service

Espected sir,

this is pulok roy one of the customer of your esteemed company, i am using your network through prepaid system of airtel since 1 (one) year but regretfully i have to say that i am not getting your customer service since 29.04.08 just because of intentional discontinuty from your side . my sim no. is 09800724424.

so this is my request to you plese take necessary steps to mitigate this problem and oblige.
