Airtel Prepaid Service
Rs.15 has been charged every month against kannada portal service but not used at all

My airtel No. is 9945561832. Some time back i had subscribed for hello tunes and was using hello tunes for 2 months and later decided to unsubcribe and unsubscribed the hello tune service by sending a valid unsubcribing message and it is confirmed that no hello tune is allocated for my cell phone after that. But from past 3 months i have been charged Rs.15 every month saying that deduction for hello tune portal!! which i have unsubscribed the service 4 months back.

Please do the needful. Every time i try to call airtel CC, i never get connected!
