Airtel Prepaid Service
Wrongly deducted amount from Airtel Prepaid Balance

I am using the mobile no. 9810223854. Recently I got a message through SMS saying that "Thanks for downloading JavaGame from Airtel live WAP service. You've been charged Rs. 99.

I have never downloaded any JavaGame from any site. I am not able understand why I have charged Rs.99 which I have not used.

I am very disappointed after seeing this SMS message & also deduction of charges.

I want the company to look into the matter very urgently & Refund the charged amount of Rs. 99 back to my balance immediately.
