Chatt service has been activitated on my prepaid mobile no. 9903783984 for which the I am trying to stop for last 3-4 months. Never getting any customer care assistance on 121 or 9831012345 and the message flagged that the due to maximum nos calls this service is not available.
While Stop SMS no service in active is being shown but the Airtel is charging every month Rs. 30 for the above service which I am not using at all.
Please help to get the above servise deactivited and in getting refund for the above service I never used
