I have activated a top-up pack of Rs. 74 that allows me to make local calls at Rs. 0.50 and std calls at Rs. 1.00... While all my other std calls are charged at Rs. 1.00 there is one particular number which is always charged at Rs.1.50... My number is from Maharashtra and I am currently in Mumbai... Although it shows roaming between the two circles it is not considered to be roaming...
I lodged a complaint against this around 15 days back and again raised the issue after 4 days... The guys taking the calls saw the problem and has assured me that Rs.30 will be debited to my account within 48 hrs (and then again they said within 96 hrs)... But nothing has happened in this regard till date... I am still being charged Rs. 1.50 for the number... And have lost a large amount of money...
While talking to a certain customer care executive in this regard I had been talked to very rudely... I had lodged another complaint against this kind of behaviour and was promised that some action will be taken within 24 hrs and I would get a call from airtel...
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful...
