Wrong Billing and Unhelpful Customer Care

Airtel Prepaid card No. 9892853589 in the name of my husband Mr. Manoj P. Patke, has been wrongly debited for services for which we have not subscribed. Good Morning messages and Shayari messages keep coming. For this, we have lodged complaint No. 1223475784 on 23rd December. Since then, I have been daily speaking to various Customer Care Executives for refund due to me for the wrong debits. Many times I have been told that the server is not functional, at other times I have been promised that the wrong debit of approx. Rs. 37 would be refunded within 2-4 hours.

Even today i had tried to get my work done, through Mr. Dileep at 1.20 p.m. but was told to call back after 30 mins. since the server was down.

Since so many days have passed by, I request you to urgently look into and settle the amt. due to me.
