Sir,

I am very disappointed by the services provided by airtel for the last 4 (four) months. Previously I use to suggest people that the services of airtel is the best among all services provider, but now it is just opposite. Iam the life time plan user of No. 9810259041 for the last 2 years. since Feb'08 whenever I recharge my account with top-up, the airtel deduct amount from by balance some way or the other. On 4/3 I received a sms from no. 64611050 read as "Thank you for using Airtel Services. Find your dream job... etc. " and thereafter I find my balance reduced by Rs.50/- and again on 5/3/08 I received the same sms and balance reduced by another Rs.50/-. I call the customer care services but could not gave any satisfactory answer. He told that I have down loded something, whereas i have not even surf the" Airtel Live" since Nov.2007.However I requested him to stop the services of "Airte Live" and also requested to stop all promotional calls. Configuration of the Airtel Live was deleted from my set next day, but i received again a sms on 11/3 form No. 64611030 read as "Your subscription to the on demand service on Airtel Live has been renewed... etc." and this time deducted Rs. 30/- from my balance account. and I surprised to see " Airtel Live" is activated again. When I contacted customer care service 121, replied that the decuction is towards activation of music station, whereas I have not made any such request. I told them to stop all such activation, but it was not stopped. Then I started recharging my account with smaller amount. i.e. 'Rs.25/. But still it doesnot work, I stated receiving sms from Nos.5432131010 dated 10/4, 20/4, 22/5 and No.5432131020 dated 2/5, read as " Your subscription to Airtel Live music on demand has been renewed for 10 minutes... etc" and each time deducted Rs. 10/- to 20/-

I am surprised to know how the service provider renew or provide such services without the concent /request from the customer. If this is the way to deal with the "Life time validity" plan customer, then I must say the company will only lose its valuable customer.

I am fed up of this type of cheating and extortion by this service provider and decided to quit the service.
