Invalid Charges applied

I have a Airtel lifetime prepaid connection. Because of the bad signal strength in my area i discontinued using the card. I had the missed call service activated on my number however i got it deactivated thrice. I am still getting billed for some missed call alert service and the balance getting deducted despite the number not being in use. I also tried calling the customer support but they don't know the reason for the deductions.
