Failiure of company

Dear sir,

i m having a prepaid mobile connection with the airtel and was very satisfied,

but from 21 march for one airtel no. my amount is deducted from the main account and not from the airtel to airtle pack account.

i have talked to about 6 senior level managers but i have been dissappointed to rectify the problem.

before 21 march it was ok and after taht i have been told with no. of reasons but could not get any solution. till now the poblem is due.

plz look the matter urgently.
