Outgoing has been barred from my mobile No. 9502162395, on the pretext that my prepaid enrollment form had not been submitted by the dealer M/s. "The Mobile Store" Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad.

Will the authorities take appropriate action for restoring the connection, at once?
