Sir, i Burhan Kaifi a subscriber of bharti airtel no 9634236261 is having physical as well as mental tension & fear of unexpected hampers in customer service from airtel.

an amount of 30, 30 has been deducted by airtel from my main balance on 2nd sep 09 at 1245 am, 1100 am.

i have made my complaint at 115 am on the same day and made approx 14 call till today at thier helpline 121.

after admitting thier falt they have returned me 30 rs on 4th but now they are saying only 30 rs were deducted from thier side.

in absence of their positive respose i need ur support to favour me in this matter, 30 rs is not a matter but because of un-intimated deduction i am not able to decide weather to recharge my no with more amount or not thats why this sim & my phone is useless for me from 2nd sep 09.

i a 29 yrs old man can consider it hardly but if some old heart patient may go through it will suffer deeply please suggest me should i not go for compensation of the same
