Airtel continues to amaze me. Everytime I read a newpaper i read about how great Bharati Airtel is. I wont wonder if I see Mr. Mittal himself using Idea service. I have long discontinued with this horrible service just that most of my freinds were unfortunately fooled by their so called great ads like Pay bills from phone. These people dont have service in Place like Pune and Mumbai. Its is shameless thing. A service provider who cant provide simple range forget other add on services are good for nothing. If your service cant provide even the basic range, then irrespective whether ur market cap is Rs, 20K crore or more, you should sell your bussiness and do something like sell chai or vada pav (If you can run something as simply as that).
