Dear Sir/Mam,
i have purchased airtel set up box in the month of march. At the time of purchase dealer told me that month subscription will be done at the time of installation. but by default dealer filled form of 6 months subscription, though we opted for 2 months.
later on at the time of installation the airtel boys said ur's is 6 month subscription so u have to pay for tht only then it will start working.i informed customer care at the same time they said no u have to pay any how .again we paid the amount of 6 month to start it. but for tht no updation has been done on their system so it was stopped again for 4-5 days, we called them again they said u hav to pay some more money coz ur plan was for 6 month, i said i already talked regarding this in coustmer care they replied may be sir server was down at tht time i waited for 1 hour on the phone i called them 2-3 times a day but the same reply everyone given.after long discussion it got started. then again 3 days before connection gone a fine for rs190/- has been raised from airtel and they said ur 6 month subscription has been lapse because of plan change, is this fair? on our part.i agree it lapse and fine charged but should they inform regarding hidden charges how will coustmer will come to know regarding. everytime waiting on phone for an hour then getting no reply is fair on our part though it was not at all our mistake since starting.plz help me coz i have already paid around 4000/- which is not even the actual cost at the time of purchase and i just used for 2 months. i talked to imran and kiran rest of the names i don't remember of the coustmer care but they replied the same thing
