Disterbing by company's pre-recorded call

I am a custemer of Airtel prepaid mobile service. I had receieved about 40-50 pre-recoded call from different 10-11 number's. My job is is driving a car. And while driving i disterbed by Airtel's call. I had complained Airtel cusetmer service, they told to do SMS at 1909 Toll free number to stop this call's but after i had SMS the same number Airtel charged me 1 rupee and 50 paise. I say that Airtel disterb's me and charges also me what is this service. If the company service me this way then why i will use Airtel's service? told me.
