Airtel simcard
Has been blocked no incoming no outcoming

Dear Sir

I am iranian students.for 5 days my simcardmobile has been blocked. No incoming no outcoming. I went to ameerpet airtel company 3 days ago. Mr mohamad shakeel received all my ducuments and told me every thing would be ok and my simcard would be activated after 48 hours. BUt stilli am waiting and nothing happen.please urgently solve my problem I had no call with anybody for 5 days. My mother is waiting from Iran to make a call.
