On 18/12 I got a SMS stating that I have won 250, 000-00 GBP in 2008 (02 UK) In'tl Mobile Draws in UK . I was asked to contact Dr Larry and his reply to my mail has asked me to provide certain personal details.

Please inform me whether its TRUE or a fraudulant Game Plan of certain mischievous elements.
