I am using my post paid airtel connection (mobile no.9793144777) from the last 1.5 years in Lucknow. Everything was going fine till sat i.e 20th June'09, the next day in the afternoon i started getting some 30-35 messages one by one within 1 hr stating that i have downloaded games, wallpapers etc and i have been charged several hundred rupees. My account balance which was earlier Rs.400 was next day reflecting as Rs.1400.
I have registered my compliant immediately to the Customer Care where they said that they cannot do any thing and i should wait till the bill generation. On 23rd I recieved the call from them stating that they are waving off Rs.200 and the rest is my usage. I told them to wave off the entire amount because i have not downloaded even a single thing, so why should pay any amount of money.
