No activation of recharging with Rs 49

Sir/madam

with due respect, i would like to say that i m the airtel customer for the past 6 years.we have the 4 air tel connections in my family,

my name is RAJEEV SHARMA MOB. NO. IS 09997692702 FROM MEERUT, I HAVE GOT MY MOB. RECHARGED with Rs.49 for deductions in call rates of local mob. on 21of July and my transaction id is 1706293000 but this scheme has not been activated so far.

I've lodged complaint so far but no action has been taken so far, the persons who are there like parivesh, sohan they r making fool of others, sometimes they connect my call to rajasthan and UP EAST and they dont know how to talk at all, one senior team leader of rajasthan, i dont know her name, she misbehaved with me and disconnected my phone without listening me properly.

i am losing my faith from airtel, sir please take some strong action against my complaint. Kindness will be yours.
