Airtel people who are supposed to provide the bill on monthly basis are not doing so regularly does it not amount to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice that a fenetic, disturbing sms is sent wheather the bill of particular amount has been paid or not without myself requesting for any additional services they charge the fare for unutilized srvices that of antivirous programme, I have this connection sincelast one year but never have the airtel been supplied the details of the telephone calls metered and utilized during the previous month for which bill is to be paid. every ntime I have to ask them to supply the bill in duplicate. Why action is not being taken for non delvery of bills, why the system has failed to fix the responsibility of person that a repeated mistake is being commited so that others in the organization also work.

Kindlysee that the bill is supplied by mail and not by e-mail. I had never disclosed my e-mail address nor do I have any intension to do so. please supply the bill for a/c 13276708 in time in future and do fix responsibility so that I do not have to write you al these things and make public about the poor, deficient, lethargic, incomplete, errelevant service
