Airtel is cheating its customers

I had done the recharge through internet for Rs 100. on 1.1.2009 which I have been doing for a long time now.

I got an SMS confirming the success of the recharge. but the value did not increase on checking *123#. Today I called up customer service and they informed that this amount has gone into a dedicated account and the validity is expired on 4th Jan. To my surprise they informed that this amount is lost and cannot be used. This is pure cheating from Airtel and they also inform me that before doing the recharge I need to by myself check the offers and it is not Airtels responsibility to inform the consumer that such an offer will be used. For me personally Airtel is a big cheat and they earn money by cheating innocent people of their hard earned money. This company should be audited and punished for such attrocities being carried out. Earning money by cheating should be stopped immediately. The public should demand an explanation on such behaviours. they cannot take their customers for granted... A very dissappointing consumer of Airtel.

God should punish this company and the promoters should be taken to task by appropriate law It is frustrating but cannot help. Their customer care is also pathetic.
