Please note that Rs.30/- Top Up Voucher Sl. No.170604868091 has not yet been recharged since last three days. Message shows "THIS VOUCHER IN IS PENDING STATE"Customer care (121 toll free) could not give any positive reply till date. They are only advising me to return the top up to the shop from where it has been purchased. Is it possible to recharge the amount?
