COMPLAINT AGINST AIRTEL CELLUALR

Dear Sir,

I wish to lodge a complaint aginst the haressment by airtel up east ;as i was having a cell no.9935640330 in my name till feb.

Despite of my repeated request in march to disconnect the service & settle the pending amount in cash from me;but i was told by airtel customer care & their office bearers that they will not be able to disconnect the service.

they can only make the accont inactive for next six months & iff reqired they can reactivate the services.

which i have refused then & there only & asked for a final settlement;which they never did.

moreover they kept on raising the bill with same tariff & payment overdue penalty;despite of phone (no.) not being used from mar onwards.

now recently i have recieved a notice from airtel people suggesting that i must pay rs 858.00 immediately within a week s time;else giving a threat of legal action otherwise.

through your network i wish to state that it s a very embarassing situation for me & need immediate action;as i have always paid all my bills on time in last so many years association with them (airtel).

despite of that customers are threatened for legal action due to nonresponsive behaviour of those cellular companies office bearers.
