Cheat with customer intentionally and in aplanned way and then block cust care executive line intentionally

I want to complain and also want to take legal actions against airtel cust care. airtel is cheater. intentionally deduct money from account and then block cust care executive line. so many time it happened it. it has also happened i continiously call to cust care for 3/4 hr, but it was not network busy, it was intentionally block
