Incorrect tarrifs as shown on the International Airport

Hi,

I am in Switzerland these days and would be here until 16th Aug. I bought Airtel World Calling Card from IGI Airport worth Rs 500. The vendor showed me rates from Switzerland to India as Rs. 9 per minute, which meant 55 minutes talking time.

Now, when I tried, it shows only 10 mins of talking time ie Rs 50 per minute.

This is cheating. When I try to call Customer Care mentioned on the card by pressing *0, there is no support from them, and they deny to inform me the rates and ask me to call India Customer Care.

I have no clue how to reach Customer Care as there is no information on the website also available in regards to this.

Please help me resolve this at the earliest.
