Cheating customers with false tariff at airport

I am regular customer of 500 denomination card.

tariff from egypt to india was 21.7 rs/mi that gave 23 minutes

2 months before a fesh tariff at mumbai airport for same sector said is around 17 rs, that should give me 28min.

i purchased 4 cards.

inspite of calling customer service who see clueless and just know to transfer phones.

i am still getting 23 minutes.

isnt it cheating - i feel betrayed

help us to stop this corruption-help india
