M Mahesh of M square technologies on behalf of Aitel arrives at my door step on 15 June at 11:00 pm at night. He intrudes at 11:00 pm even after noticing all the lights being switched off and rings the door bell incessantly until I open. The reason for disturbing me so late is to have access to the Airtel broad band connection box installed at my house to extend a connection to one of my neighbors.
He is elast apologetic whne I ask him if this were such an emergency that he has to disturb me at 11:00 pm at night.
I call 121, the Aitel call centre at 11:00 pm to complain and I navigate their IVR for 3 mnts am on hold for another 15 mnts and no one takes my call. I tried again in vain and could not get through to a representative to register a complaint. I tried calling 121 again at 8:30 am the next day and thankfully reach a customer service representative after navigating their IVR for about 8 mnts, she places me on hold for the next 15 mnts after I asked her to speak to her manager.
Such service levels are unacceptable.
