Noted very poor response of your Staff at Chembur and Ghatkopar AIRTEL gallery.
HOW YOU CAN STOP/WITHDRAW LIFETIME PREPAID CONNECTION WITHOUT INFORMING UR CUSTOMER WHO IS USING AIRTEL CONNECTION FROM LAST 6-7 YRS.
IT PROVES THAT YOU TAKE UR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED N ONLY CONCERNED UPTO SELLING OF UR CONNECTIONS N NOT BOTHERED.
NOW EVEN AFTER TAKING A NEW SIM CARD AND CONNECTION, I AM NOT ABLE TO USE SAME BCOS CELLPHONE HANGS WHEN SAME IS INSERTED N NO GALLERY IS ABLE TO REPLACE THE CARD BCOS SYSTEM IS NOT UPDATED WITH SELF'S NAME.
I ASK YOU ALL THAT IT TAKES SO LONG TO GET A NEW WORKING CONNECTION, IF YES THEN I FEEL ITS TIME FOR AIRTEL TO BE ON THEIR TOES TO SUSTAIN IN THE MARKET.
SELF WILL ADVICE ALL NEAR N DEAR ONES N WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE AIRTEL.
