Dear Sir,
I've purchased Airtel Data card No.: 9987269596 from Airtel outlet vide Recp No.: G-540 Dtd.: 24-Apr, 09 from Airloi, Since the day i've purchased the data card, i couldn't use, as everytime we get the message that you are unable to registered, sometime no range & i've even time complaint to Airtel Customer service, but all in vain.
The Airtel Customer service are least bothered, they give the vage answer - discontinue the card; It is also surprising that i've learnt that the Deposit is not refundable, initially they told me it is refundable.
When i scolded on Airtel Customer service rep, he has given his mumbai compliant Office No : 9987234865 - MR. Abba Gupte e-mail: [email protected]; I've send him the mail & tried to call him on his cell, but he is not attanding the calls.
In short Airtel has cheated by giving the Datacard. Kindly suggest how to take a serious legal action, so that other should not get cheated like me
I request everyone, that no one should buy airtel data card
