Dear Sir,
I bought a sim card from Air Tel and after few days it's messages sending has been stopped form that sim card and since last one and a half months i am regularly complaining about this problem to call centre but no body is solving the problem and every day new complaint is lodge and forwareded to their senior staff and some time frame is given with assurance that problem will be solved and till date problem still remains.
I am badly harrassed mentally by this kind of service provided by AIR TEL
Kindly look into this kind of harrasement given by the call centre working to the consumer or revert
