Dear Sir,

This is regarding EMS parcel no. ED547019034IN dated 10-10 against invoice no.145/RM/08-09 for the value of 1300.25 $ to Dubai Cable Pvt. Ltd. Abu Dhabi –UAE.

We have been informed by your customer that the above said parcel have not been delivered to them. Kindly investigate the where about of the parcel as a long time has passed. If you need take such a long time then what is the use of speed post.

Kindly look into the matter seriously as it is very urgent. Please find enclosed copy of invoice and receipt.
