3 Years ago, I booked a flat in Hill view apartments, gurgaon. This project managed by AJS Builder. Now 3 years is already gone and they are not construct any sample flat. When I talking about the money back then they refuse it and demanding more money for 2nd installment. I have already gave 4.5 lakhs to them. What will I do, please give me the suggestion.
