Extra money charged and blame on Bank

I Had made a online ticket purchase from the Akbar travels online, the tansation was later cancelled.

I had got the conformation that my entire money will be refunded, but on atual Akbar travels have deducted some amount and clame it as the Bank Charges.

the Bank had confomed on mail that they are not charging any thing.
