Ours is a dental pharma co named SMILZ PHARMA.It is newly constituated firm. In response to our advt. Mrs Neeta contacted fo her recruitment services and assured in writing that if i am unable to provide suitable staff i will refund rs 2800/- which was her service charges for a year (receipt is with us) Sorry to say she didnt send a single person though she promised to send 4 med.reps and one BDS for our clinic. On her assuranse we ordered for our dental products, and these products are ready but no person we have to attend that products. WE contacted several time but now she is not picking our phone, also on landline no response is there. Now we are helpless and approaching you sir, Plz intervene and tell the party to pay the damages and mental agony and feeling of being cheated. It is not a question of refunding service charges but for mental agony and rs 50000/- loss suffered because of her cheated behavior and not attending even our calls. She has insulted us directly.
Sir plz help us to recover Rs 52800 court fee charges if any
