THEY SAYS LIKE THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE, but here i wish to tell you all a parel delay of mine, one of my client has been sent a parcel from coimbatore to Palakkad (distance between the two palces is only 50 kms), but the parcel i got only after 9 days, i asked to their different outlet in kerala, and coimbatore, all of them whom picked up the phone says that NO IDEA, i was confused these days, so i am not telling all you to parcel with ARK, but you have to get the actual delivery data from them...
