I Rajesh Balwant Gosavi has purchase Access Scooter from Akshay Suzuki malad agecy & taken a delivery of the same on 26th December. While taking the delivery, Akshay Suzuki malad sales & customer executive promised me that, they will hand over me the vehicle Insurance & Smart Card / Registration Book after 45 days from delivery date of the vehicle.
After the various follow-ups, have received the Insurance papers BUT till date have NOT received the Smart Card / Registration Book. I have discussed this issue with Akshay Suzuki malad executive Mr. Rakesh & R T O agent Mr. Raju & they promised me 3 times that they will close this within a week’s times BUT till date have NOT received any positive response from their end too.
on 9th April Myself again visited to your show room & inquire about the same at time Ms. Jyoti Sharma, who is your one of the executive officer has misbehave with us & instruct one of the staff lady to stop giving response to our queries, which is NOT tolerable/acceptable. Hope you will take appropriate action on this as well.
I made complaint about such incidence with Akshay Suzuki malad customer care officer Mrs. Meena & she promise me that she will look into the issue & also promised me that, she will take this matter at higher level. She also promised me that she will look into the issue of Smart Card / Registration Book & why there is delay in this case & communicate the details to us by Monday 11th April. But till date i.e. 13th April..NOT received the papers from them.
