Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, the said application for the Passport has been applied for our Daughter SREYA ELIZABETH ALEX Date of Birth : 19-05 by my mother as a Guardian on our Daughter’s behalf. Till date we have not yet received the said Passport. When we checked the corresponding website, the application status showing Your Application is Pending.

We hereby need to know the reason for delay in processing and any further document need to be provided by us. During applying for the Passport, I was available in India and I have produced my Own Passport and Documents required to the Authorities. My wife being a NRI also, submitted from her side the Affidavit through Indian Embassy New Zealand. Since we are planning to migrate our Family to the New Zealand next month, we here by request you to look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.
