We had signed a 12-month contract with JUST DIAL for advertisement purpose.
It has been 3 months since the termination of the 12 month period, ie (15 months so far) and till date they are deducting money from our bank account, i had already sent them 2 letters regarding this and even got a reply from thier team that it would be forwarded to the finanace dept in their company, even after all this they are continuing to detect money from our accounts, can anyone suggest what legal action i can take on these frauds? I am willing to go to court.
