Dear Sir,
My name is Kuldeep and i am from Faridabad. My younger brother got selected for the admission in Amity. And i am trying to applying a Education loan from Allahabad Bank in Faridabad Neelam Branch since last month and every time i went there, they gave me a excuse that the person who looks for the education leave department is on leave and told us to come next week, we again went there the person is still not in the bank. The last date of depositing fees was 31st July which has already been passed away but by making a lot of request they give me a time of 4 more days. Today i again went there and they have the same excuse that the person is not here who looks for this department. I want to ask that question, what kind of bank is this??
If any person is not coming from such a long time is it not the responsibility of the bank manager to appoint a person who can take care of the department till the person not comes.
Kindly help me as soon as possible as the we just have 3 days left and we don't have any source to deposit the fees
