Wrong debit without information after four years

Sir,

I am having a current account (no.639) in your bank (at Vasundhara Ghaziabad, branch code-1870) since the past 6 years. I opted for the Allahabad Bank because of its good reputation and reliability; due to which i also had other accounts of my family members opened here. But am sorry to inform you that i have been wronged by your bank.

Once on 17-1 and then on 24-2 the bank has debited Rs. 1, 274.70and

Rs. 15, 000.00 from my account stating it as ATM withdrawl done in 19-4 . Now after four years i do not have any record to check;i am truly feeling being cheated.

In the course of these four years i lost my husband and am in not a position to bear this loss. I am putting this matter before you with high expectations of quick action. I am sure I will not be made to pay for your banks negligence.
