Delay in delivery and poor tracking system

I had mailed a parcel (cosginment no.-313687492) on 22 January from, Choice Courier Delhi (ph:9717433599)[blazeflash dealer] for Sec-18, Phase IV, Gurgaon.

Till date there is no information about the parcel. There is no update on the website and the no one has idea where the parcel is right now.
