This Complaint is regarding Feeding Buffalo's on the Road in residential area of Gowliguda Chaman by Lingam Yadav brother of Corporator Shanker Yadav Begum Bazar Division. He feeds buffalo on the road, Dust, Dung will be on the road making the premises dirty which is the root cause of diseases to the people in that locality. He use muncipality road as Dairy and ties the buffalos on roadside which causes lot of trouble to people passing roadside and sometimes they get hurt by the movement of buffalo's. Sexual crossing of buffalo's is also done on the road itself which is worstthing, kids and Ladies passing through that locality to schools are very much frustrated by this act. It will be a very embrassing situation to ladies when they pass through that street with there kids and relatives.
If anybody opposes this act he will do rowdiasm and beat that people as he is having good backup and moreover his brother is corporator and he will provoke his fellow men against those people and harass them
Really it is big torture and Mess as no body can't take action against him as everyone is scared to act against those people.
So I beg you and request you kindly take action and help us.
