Winning amount shipment charges

Dear sir,

I got a mail from msn microsoft, that i won a lottery for the amount and the amount parcel is with allways courrier services, they are asking for the charges up to (Rs 45000 INR), i would like to know after paying the charges will i get the winning amount or it is a fake mail from outsiders... or any other persons kindly reply me as soon as possible...
