CHEATING OF RUPEES SIXTY THOUSAND WITH ME FOR GIVING PLACEMENT IN SHIPPING NAMELY BY RAMESH PARMAR. ADITYA SHUKLA, AVEY PARKER AND CADET VIJAY KUMAR SINGH

I Prithvy Singh residing at above mentioned address. I have sent my CV to Ship Service India, Room no 5, ground floor Shayadri Niwas Building, Dr. Melsheri Road, Noor Baugh Sandhurst Road Mumbai on Emai ID "ramesh parmar" [email protected] as mentioned in shipping directory .there after Mr. Parmar called me in his office and gave me his mobile No. 9821444594 and Mobile number of Mr. Parker 9833027444, 9930444603 email id [email protected] [email protected] and I met with them in Jahajbhawan one cadet by name both introduced me with cadet Vijay Kumar Singh and said he is also joining with me. Than they send me to Mr Aditya shukla at Govandi on following address Alpha Maritime, 206, Raikar chambers Govandi (E) Mumbai. His contact No 9769216569 email id [email protected] Mr Parmar than called me on phone and said me that he has one offer for me but I have to pay seventy thousand to them I said this much I cannot pay than finally Mr Parmar, Parker and Shukala agreed on Rupees sixty thousand for my contract on board a ship for a period of one year. finally they sent me on board a ship MV Marzooqah RO RO ship and I paid them twenty thousand in Cash and gave a self bearer Cheque No 390687 Punjab National bank Colaba Mumbai – 400 005 My A/C at air port on 10th of Feb. This ship was only for 18 days and finally I was signed off from there on 28th Feb when I call Mr parmar and shukla on reaching Mumbai on 29th Feb they said not to worry we will send you on board other ship by 7th Mar again on 7th I called they said on 10th of Mar again on 1oth they said 19th and on 19th I went to Govandi office and met Mr. Shukla in Govandi he said by 10th of Apr he will send me to other ships. When I contacted on 10th of Apr both Mr Parmar and Shukla and asked my money back from them than they said we have paid thirty thousand for your air ticket and twenty five thousand for VISA charges. I told them that I have asked owner of ship he said that he did not take any money for Visa and air tickets so straight way they refused to return my money. They said you do what ever complaint against us we do not care about this either you go to MMD police or any where.
2. We have gone five crew on board that ship out of five 2 cadets NAMELY, VIISHAL AND NILESH signed off before me SOON AFTER JOINING WITH IN 4 DAYS and I was signed off on 28 Feb. When I updated my account and came to know that these forty thousand withdrawn by Mr Vijay Kumar singh on 11th Feb. His email id [email protected] and contact no 9049111887 address i do not know where he is stay.
3. I am enclosing Xerox copy of air tickets, contract letter, letter from Al – fassel Shipping company, letter given by them to whom it may concerned and my banks accounts Xerox.
4. It is therefore requested that a case of cheating with me for a amount of rupees sixty thousand be registered with you and my amounts may be recovered from them.
5. With a copy of this letter MMD (by email/hand) is here by requested that this may be hoisted on MMD web site to avoid such cheating case to other seafarers in futures.
6. With the copy of this letter police Commissioner (EOW) by Email/hand) requested that this case may please REGISTERED and be monitored and settle down earliest as I am losing my hard earned money to be recovered from them.
7. fINALLY I SPOKES TO MR SHUKLA AND PARMARS THEY SAID WE WILL NOT RETURN YOU ANY MONEY OUR DUTY IS TO SEND YOU ON BOARD A MERCHANT SHIP EITHER YOU STAY FOR ONE HOUR OR ONE YEAR ON BOARD A SHIP THAT IS NOT OUR DUTY TO KEEP YOU THERE I PESUMES THAT BE THEIR BUSINESS TO SEND AND AGAIN CALLED THEM BACK AND SEND AGAIN NEW CANDIDATE AND AGAIN MAKING MONEY FROM THEM
8. EDITORS OF THIS PLEASE ADVISE ME IN THE RIGHT WAYS WHOM I SHOULD APPROACHES FOR THIS MATTER AS THEY ARE THREATNING ME ALSO.
