RUDE BEHAVIOR OF STAFF, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, GOODS NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER 12 Days

I am lodging this complaint in reference to bill no 1315, quotation number 1178.

Goods to be delivered: A bike and a Bag..

I contacted Alpha packers and movers in the month of May for delivering my bike and a bag to Hyderabad from Delhi. It is almost 12 days since my articles have been picked up from my residence and yet I have no Idea where have they gone. In fact it seems even Alpha Packers have no Idea, because they never pick my call.

All together I would have spoken to almost half a dozen executives and to my dismay they never gave me real picture. Well, on top of that, the staff was very rude.

At last I am still optimistic of getting my bike in next 15 days..
