Poor service and reception

Dear sir

I am the customer of Maruti Alto bearing Reg No HR26AL6382, I purchase the car from Apra Auto Gurgoan and done all the service from Compitant info city Gurgoan, this w/s is very poor in following ways.

1, No proper reception.

2. Soft skill of service Advisors is very poor.

3.Not deliver the vehical on committed time.

4 Not done any job allocation work by floor incharge.

5 Make a dent in left funder during service and not take any countermeasure for recorrecting the mistake,

6 Job card opening time is more then half hr.

7 Insurance person given the washing coupen but washing is horrible.

8 service advisor not checking thr vehical service during service carried out by tech.

All in brief this workshop de branding the name of Maruti service.
