POOR FREE SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASED ALTO LX (REGN. No. MP04CC2158) IN MAY FROM MY CAR, BHOPAL. AFTER 1ST FREE SERVICE I COMPALINED THAT THE WASHING AND CLEANING ESPECIALLY THE UNDERNEATH WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. MY DRIVER INFORMED THERE ITSELF, BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AND WAS INFORMED THAT FOR WASHING THE CAR MAY BE SENT AGAIN NEXT DAY, AS THERE IS HEAVY RUSH. ON PHONE NEXT DAY I GAVE THE SAME INFORMATION ABOUT POOR SERVICE, AND THERE REPLY WAS SAME-- SEND AGAIN.

DURING 2 FREE SERVICE THE SAME WAS REPEATED. AFTER GIVING THE COMPLAINT IN WRITING DURING 3 SERVICE, THE CLEANING WAS GOOD, BUT THEY CHARGED FOR WHHEL ALIGNMENT WHICH WAS NOT NECESSARY (DRIVER INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM IN ALIGNMENT).

I FIRMLY BELEIVE THAT COMPANY LIKE MARUTI CANNOT PRODUCE A CAR IN WHICH WHEEL ALIGNMENT IS NECESSARY EVERY 6 MONTHS. IF SO YOU MUST IMPROVE.

MY GRIVANCE IS THAT DUE TO POOR SERVICE DURING 1 AND 2 FREE SERVICE, I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED. SENDING THE CAR TWICE (15 Kms ONE WAY) IS NOT ECONOMICAL, AS WELL AS WASTAGE OF TIME WHICH IS NOT THERE

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAIST MARUTI MY-CAR SERVICE CENTER, BHOPAL, SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT CHEATED AND BRINGS BAD NAME TO MARUTI.

I LOOK FORWARD TO SEE THE ACTION TAKEN AGAINST MY-CAR.
