I have taken an alto lxi from your own dealer here in cochin (popular automobiles) four months before. During the time of negotiations they were promised me to avail a discount of Rs.10000/- as exchange bonus and for availing that discount i have to give them the documents of our family owned omni.at that time they told it will take some more time and will give the particular amount within one month. But after taking delivery they changed there promises and now they were telling that we cant give that. Also they were threatening me by telling "you do anything you want, we cant give you nothing more and take it if you can" .please do the needful.
