Non payment of corporate discount by deale

I am an employee of Punjab National Bank, Presently working at Jodhpur. I have bought an Alto LXI from Krishna auto sales (P) Ltd Jodhpur vide their bill No. 458 dated 25.09.08. I have submitted documents for getting corporate discount of rs.5000/-

The dealer has misplaced documents and later refused to pay the above discount. I have also lodged complaint through your call centre/Email but no response has been recieved so far.

It is requested that timely action please be taken in this regard and arrange to pay above discount to me at the earlliest.

I am mailing a letter dated 02.04.09 in the name of CMD Maruti suzuki LTd. Please look into matter.
